JOHN BOWMAN

Director – Development & Project Management

John has over 25 years of experience in the property industry in a variety of disciplines including development, planning, project management and construction with leading international engineering and construction companies, including Lend Lease and Laing O’Rourke.

He is responsible for the development and project management of Citimark’s high-rise residential projects.

Earlier in his career, John was responsible for the construction of major retail projects in England for Lend Lease including Bluewater Shopping Centre, Touchwood Shopping Centre and Tres Aguas Shopping Centre in Madrid, Spain. John was also involved in the delivery of Basingstoke Shopping Centre in England for Laing O’Rourke.
