Citimark has developed and owned a range of industrial estates, from compact industrial sheds at Brendale in Brisbane, to the 25ha former Mitsubishi Motors plant site in Lonsdale, Adelaide.



The 25ha Southlink Industrial Estate formerly housed Mitsubishi Motors Australia’s engine plant site in Lonsdale. The site has since been refurbished into a quality industrial and business park, home to a number of well-known Adelaide based businesses.
